What's for dinner tonight?

Tonight's dinner will be lamb burgers with grilled tomato, red leaf lettuce, grilled Halloumi cheese, mayo, and Trader Joe's truffle ketchup.
On the side, we will have fried potatoes and leeks, and a pickle.
For dessert, we have honeydew melon and tea with lemon pie from Trader Joe's.
And of course, we gotta have some gourmet cheese.
Can't wait to have dinner.
Feeling pretty hungry already.

That sounds like a wonderful dinner. I don't know if I've ever had lamb burgers before, how do they taste compared to beef burgers?

@lovebuglena The last two times I ate lamb, the taste and experience was quite different. One was at a Moroccan restaurant, and I had lamb chops, and they were absolutely delicious. The other time, I had lamb chops at a Brazilian steakhouse, and although they weren't bad, it was not the best.

If seasoned right and not overcooked they are delicious. Not gamey. Juices were dripping from the burger when I was eating it yesterday.

@moffittjc It depends on the freshness of the meat and how it is prepared. Lamb should be medium-rare. If overcooked it may be tough and even dry.

Oh, that sounds so divine. Wish I had that soup for lunch. Wonder if Progresso has something like this. We always buy their soups to have in the pantry in case we crave for soup or have nothing to eat. We had some but ran out.

@lovebuglena oh I see. Same with our chef. She's preoccupied watching Netflix movie. When she's done that's the time we eat.
