This morning, the local news on TV broadcasting and reviewing the SONA of the Philippines' president. He assumed that the availability of the vaccines would be in September. It is a promising statement for the local people to hear. The downside site is that he is asking for help with the Prime Minister of China. If they asked for payment, he will ask for these vaccines in the form of debt. 'Do you believe that "Everything has two sides' in this world?' Image Credit: encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com

I can anticipate this matter now. I am sure there is another way to handle this. But the sad part, the local government doesn't have funds now. It was being announced during the lockdown period.

@Shavkat yes, for now we all can follow the guidelines to stop the spread. I hear traditional Chinese medicine helped many people

It's good news if the vaccines has followed all protocols of formulation, development and testing. It may not be so good news if it's a rushed product. It may do more harm than good.

I agree. Personally, China produces products that we considered fake. I hope these vaccines are not produced because of just gaining profits only.

In fact I haven't heard about the successful vaccine news so far. If so, we all can learn it via the net and it will be the most popular subjects. Of course I hope the vaccine can be succeeded soon, but it still needs some time.

Yes I believe that everything has two sides. Negative or positive. We should think positive, it may help us to have mental peace

I am having positive thoughts that these vaccines will be effective. I will just deal with the negative effects afterward.

@Shavkat I believe that there are catches to things. Not all in black and white and somebody always wants something in return and does not do it for free.
