Suddenly, it is raining! Date set tomorrow!

I made a rush decision this morning. I wanted to go to the National Statistics Office to get a certified copy of my birth registry. I still have the original and the paper is already yellow, with tears on all sides, but the printed material is still readable. It is only now that I am finishing my retirement papers because the government agencies won't accept retirement forms due to their prioritizing the members who are sick with the virus. I therefore told my son to accompany me this afternoon, in time when a scheduled 3-hour power interruption will take place (from 1pm to 3pm). Alas, the brownout did not happen. I and my son had our plan, ONLY if there is brownout. But because there is no brownout, I decided to postpone tomorrow morning; it is cooler, unlike this afternoon which is hot. But it rained, and still is raining! Well and good! Our decision to push through with my activity tomorrow morning should be done. It is better this way; besides, I think it is no use informing the Dean of the College of Nursing that I won't be going back as a CI anymore. I welcome the rain. Do you postpone your activity when it rains on the day you plan to do it?
