I have some leftover chicken breast that I will fry. As a side, I´ll finish with the leftover rice, but I´ll mix it with a small tomato, some arugula and will make a special dressing to use the rest of the homemade mayo.
All this is the result of an idea that Tania sent me over the phone.
But first, I will answer some on my notifications. It is still early.
