Hello guys
How do you deal with people who try to body shame you??
Maybe as your walking past some people and you hear them murmuring something about your body...how do you react??
Body shaming is such an awful act and its a nightmare in most cases. Before you body shame someone please out yourself in their shoes.

I don't know if it's body shaming or not. sometimes our own friends like to ask questions with our own weaknesses, for example "hey how come you're thin huh?" or "how come you look fat?" do you eat or not? how come you are so thin?

@marlina @Young_boy If someone said to me, "Hey, how come you're thin, huh?" or something similar, I'd perhaps ask back, "How come you are daft, huh?"

Sometimes it's best to let it go and not say anything. But if you always do that people will abuse you.

@lovebuglena then I remove those people from my life. no one needs that type of toxicity. and if it's someone that I can't remove from my life, I stand up for myself.

I've had that happen to me. When I was in college I used to walk past a construction site on the way to class and the men would stare at me and whisper. Was not a great feeling. Actually made me uncomfortable.
