Of hats and trousers

This is a rehash of something I posted on Bubblews but I thought you might get a giggle from it.
Before we left for an overseas trip, I told my husband that, if he had any favourite trousers he wanted to take, he should check they were clean. If they needed washing, he needed to give them to me to wash. His reply was that if I wanted him to have clean trousers, I could check them. I don’t think he understood why I laughed so much.
On a similar vein regarding words and comprehension, a friend of ours is an electrician. He was engaged to put some lights in a spa. When he arrived at the house, there was a note in the spa saying 'Dear Mr Electrician, please only wear socks in the spa'. I thought there should have been a PS: 'you can leave your hat on'.
The photo shows us 'leaving our hats on'.

Cute photo. I am not a hat person but when we camp I am because I can’t do my hair don’t have electricity to do that. That is the only time I will not do anything to my hair or when I am sick.

I wear hats/caps/beanies a lot now as it helps keep my hair under control.
