My DIY seasoning

I don't like wasting the food and it seems at present I do it in an extreme way
Tonight we had the shrimps as dinner. I removed all of the shrimp shells so that we could have shrimps directly. After dinner, I put the shrimp shells into the oven and cooked it for a few minutes. Then stirred the shells and then put it back to the oven to cook it. After doing so for several times, the shells were dry. Then I put them into the high speed blender with some salt. Then the shells would become nice seasoning. This is so natural. It will make the food taste well

Thats literally not wasting any of it lol that seasoning could be use to dry rub tilapia
