The Borborygmus effect

I took a capsule of my appetite stimulant this morning because I really want to increase my appetite and regain weight from 48.6kgs back to even 54 kgs.
I therefore had a very nice appetite for lunch, I felt my stomach was full. The belching really did good because I was able to release ingested air during my food intake.
But what is this? While I am reading some tweets and posts on social media, I felt my stomach rumble and growl?
I am right. I am experiencing borborygmus. The fact that I am satiated, I think my stomach feels otherwise. Ergo, I poured myself a cup of the cold fortified milk and dipped some Sky Flakes crackers.
Now I think I am full. I burped. I still have the borborygmus but I know this will stop later.
(I have lactose intolerance, but with a fortified milk, I hope I won’t have loose motions.Fingers crossed.)

@ridingbet The fat and salt content are virtually identical, almond milk is healthier because it naturally contains vitamin D and has no animal fat.

borborymus can never be eradicated in one's system. it is always present in anybody having a normoactive stomach and bowel sounds.

the fortified milk is what was prescribed by my cardiologist and the nutritionist, if the skimmed milk is not available. the fortified milk did not give me loose motions too.
