Lately, @kobesbuddy inspired me to make my own chicken salad. So, I made some around lunch. I should have plenty to last throughout the weekend.
I diced a whole bunch of celery!
Chicken salad is really healthy. I do prepare some every so often.
Kharla, you have created a monster! What is my next assignment?

You made my day! You made my stomach's day too! I packed a lunch yesterday for a Hobby Lobby trip yesterday, the largest Hobby Lobby in the state, and finished the chicken salad.
