Goodbye, July 2020...

...I won’t miss you.
Yeah, this wasn’t the best month for my family. I mean, July 4th was okay, but that’s about it. My family had to put Feyre (our kitten) down. My Mom’s best friend (and our family friend) passed away, someone hacked one of Mom’s bank accounts (it’s being taken care of) and she may need surgery for a hernia (luckily it’s a common procedure, but still, she’s my Mom). Wow, July, just wow.
We did add Mor (aka Morticia, our black kitten) to the family, and I got to see the Little Guy for his birthday, so that’s a good part of it. :)
And yes, I know “it could be worse” and “others have it worse” but that doesn’t invalidate my feelings of this past month, and I’m entitled to feel that it could’ve been way better.
So here is to hoping August 2020 is a better month, not just for us, but for those who need it to be. Anywho, I’m going to get back to work. I have a lot of work to do today.

@tammys85 thank you. I was surprised with another bout of anxiety, like out of nowhere and now I am fighting against it to just have a normal month.

@RasmaSandra Ugh, that's what anxiety does, I'm sorry. :( I hope it passes soon. 
I hope it's okay to ask, but have you talked to a doctor about your anxiety? No pressure to do so, of course, I know that's a decision you'd need to make on your own.

You shouldn't have to put the 3rd paragraph. Like you said, you have the right to feel anyway you do no matter what others are going through

Very true, but I don't want to read any comments of "Others have it worse" because it just invalidates my feelings (or feels that way), so I wanted to nip it in the bud rather than possibly getting sassy later.
Thank you so much. I appreciate it. I think *everyone* deserves a good month this year; 2020 has been crummy enough.

Sorry it's been a particularly rough month for you. This whole year has been a disaster for everyone. One minute my husband's plant is shutting down and they're offering him a retirement option, the next minute he is moving to the other plant, and now his plant is opening again.All because of COVID. And I get my inheritance money so we can finally go on vacations... except we can't go on vacations probably not until 2022. I sure as heck don't want to have to sell the house!
Let's hope things get better for everyone.

@piyushbhatia1 It happens, unfortunately. She's never had an issue until now and they're taking care of it. I blame the scammer/hacker who had to touch someone else's money.
