An Update On My Aunt and Uncle

First let me start with my Uncle, his surgery went very well, and he was released to go home this morning! He’s a strong man, a true survivor, a Vietnam Vet! His girlfriend Anna is taken good care of him, and my cousin can breathe a little easier. My Aunts situation is a little more complicated she is still hospitalized, it looks like she may have had another heart attack, and her intestines are twisted from what I understand. We haven’t got an update on the intensives issues, but they were supposed to put a camera in to look at her heart today. Beyond that I don’t know much else. The family friend who passed away, was on hospice, had been battling cancer for several years, and five years ago he had a stroke, so he’s no longer in pain and we are grateful. He’s one of my Uncles long time friends. My Aunt and Uncle were both treated at UC Davis, so they were treated with the best care, and as I said my Aunt is still in the hospital but she just texted my Mom thanking everyone for the prayers. Beyond calls and texts, I’m not sure the visiting policy, but I don’t believe visitors are allowed at the moment.
