New Application

I am not expecting that Converge fiber will become available in my area.
I looked around last night. Per checking, Globe is offering such wonderful internet plans. I keyed in my address and it told the Unlimited Plan is not available in my area. Okay. I just sighed. It looks like I have to buy the wireless connection.
After 30 minutes, I selected the Unli Plan again and entered my address to check availability. Tada, it is now available. I added it to the cart and checked out. Now waiting for my application to be approved.
I'm cancelling my Converge application and requested for refund. The PLDT/Smart internet that I am using now will be discontinued by the company.

I am sorry to hear that. I am using mobile data for my phone ans I have a separate internet for my work.

I tried the Prepaid, it was working good yesterday. My provider went down and good thing my brother was done with his work, so I borrowed his router which is a prepaid and from the same company I submitted my application.

@DianneN HUHUHU. I am afraid my application will take longer than usual. We are back on the Community Quarantine because the surge in Covid-19 cases. We are not at 100K plus cases.

Hopefully it gets approved. I am the only user. My brother has his own Globe Prepaid Wifi provided by his company. If I get the Globe Plan, we will share together.

I hope. Yesterday, my current internet provider was intermitent. I borrowed my brother's internet and it was fast. His provider is the same brand I applied for.

I don't know what is the best anymore. Converge claimed it is the best but there are lots of complaints. Smart, PLDT and Globe have issues as well. Sky Internet has issues too.
