A senior citizen in Alvin Texas celebrates her birthday with a parade in her honor

Claudette McLaren is one happy lady who thanks to members of her family came up with a special way to celebrate her 81st birthday by having a drive by parade in front of her home in Alvin Texas.
Even though the Coronavirus has prevented many of us to celebrate our birthdays with close contact with our loved ones, Claudette's daughter Darlene McLaren arranged for her mom's close friends and her relatives to celebrate her mom reaching the age of 81 years by having a drive by parade with wishes of happy birthday and waving from their autos to the birthday lady.
Claudette admitted that her 81st birthday was her best birthday to date. The Coronavirus may have placed a dent in our lives by having us to practice social distancing.
So the use of a backup plan made Claudette a very happy birthday lady who deserves the best from her relatives and close friends.
