Yesterday, I was checking some of the benefits of consuming Garlic either raw or in food as in cooked dishes both vegetarian and non vegetarian and there I saw Garlic can keep our blood pressure levels to not rise up so those who have problems with high blood pressure can start consuming it. Although there are no proven benefits like that but these most of the times does work.
Are you aware that Garlic can Control our High blood Pressure?

Pardon for this comment but I don't think garlic has something to do with blood pressure. My elder brother has been eating garlic every day for that purpose but his blood pressure is still high.

Garlic is good but I've heard that it is supposed to be had only once in s while and in moderation as it is a strong nervous stimulant. Prolonged and everyday consumption might not be advisable.

@Butterfingers You can include them in your veggies once a week or so, so that you'll get the benefit from it but still won't be over-consuming it.

yes garlic is know to keep blood pressure under control but there is a word of caution. Too much of garlic can make your blood very thin and prevent blood clot when you cut or injure yourself .
