Me And Yesterday And The Cashier.....

Some crazy behaviour going on around here where I live and well everywhere else too. Here its just that I noticed more yesterday that people were lacking in respect for others. All this talk about we all care more I did not see one ounce of it. With much disdain more than one person put on his mask and used that hand stuff but only after they were being so very nicely asked by the cashier in the shop. They also were toffee nosed when asked to keep their distance as well. A lot of men and women were behaving the same too. I really felt for one girl having to get them all into line all because of their lack of respect. I don´t like it more than anyone else having to wear that horrid mask and use that awful hand stuff which they have improved on they have at least taken out the perfume of it. There should have been a security guard to help her against bullying men but she was one on her own. She truly deserves double her wage just for doing what she is doing and she is only doing her job.

@lovinangelsinstead21 That is very sad when customers do not listen to clerks in stores as to what the rules are. People can be very nasty and do not listen to anyone if they do not care.

You are so right and all it takes is a bit more patience from their part and respect of course which sadly they are lacking in a lot at the moment. Anyways its no good them saying that they did not know as this has been going on for months now.

@Hannihar I suppose its the general situation but that is no excuse to pay it with a young girl.

@lovinangelsinstead21 It does seem like those that did not have patience before have less now or something happened to put them in a bad mood.

That's a shame that people are so rude. She is only doing her job.

I just think that she should not be there without protection from bullying people and a lot of them as a lot are on holiday right now. They should not take out their anger on a girl.

@lovinangelsinstead21 That's so true. It's really unfair that people are so rude.

@lovinangelsinstead21 It really is a shame yet unfortunately also quite predictable that during a time like this people become selfish and add more to the issue. I don't like the feel of a mask and I actually hate hand sanitiser (prefer to just wash my hands) but if a place asks to do it, then I will just do it out of respect of the store and the people in it. I don't understand why some people must make things so much more complicated than it already is. So irritating.

To say that they have confused us totally is the understatement of the year. I prefer to wash my hands too but if you go into a shop its been hammered into us that we have to use that horrid stuff and the mask is like an everyday thing that you just put on now even if you are out in the street. To me the healthiest thing around is moving around in the sunshine but its so unbreathable trying to wear that mask and be out well we are all out much much less than we were before.

@VivaLaDani13 This is the time when we need the sun to keep our batteries going in the winter its totally bonkers so much more for elderly people that need the sun not to be locked away inside which is what they are doing.

Thanh goodness people are doing better at places I go. For awhile lots of people just ignored but there has been a big change and people are complying. The girl at your store should have had help. It wasn’t fair to her.

A lot comply here too but there are hefty fines if they don´t put on that thing on your face. Way too young to be on her own and left to deal with such kind of people and there was more than one of them being awkward. The day after they behaved better thank goodness and there are some good people around. It was not fair to her using her for her age and its a good job she has a sunny disposition anyway.

@RubyHawk Right up until now there were not even a quarter of the people wearing one and its probably only because of the fine they would get that they are wearing one too. They sitll don´t have a security guard and there are a lot of men out of a job that would gladly take that on in security I mean. They were arrogant in their attitude of course its not always like that but they have their days even the men of about 50 that are usually the most stubborn are sort of giving in.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I agree with you. They should have a strong man for that job, people think they can run right over a young girl. It took awhile for people here to get used to wearing a mask but now it seems everyone is wearing them. I'm so glad. I don't want any of their germs and I always wear a mask when I go out so I won't pass out germs..

Here, wearing mask before entering any kind of business is also made a rule. Not that many people obey it sadly.

Its an obligation here and has been since March. For one very young girl to left on her own is way too much shame on the shop for leaving her to the lions.

I also think that it is the work of a security guard, not of a cashier. At her place I would not have told anything

She is a very brave girl to be on her own there I would not put up with that yet no one speaks of that kind of thing only about Covi and more Covi. Being grown men and women shame on them as if it was her fault. She is way too young to be there I sent her wishes of protection but more than that they need a security guard and for those others to have more respect.

Its seems that is the way it is there is no one for all and all for one at the moment not that I have ever seen that anyway. That girl could be their daughter yet they do not care or give a fig.
