My "Sunset" Hair

I did the long process of doing my hair last night.
I started by bleaching it to get my roots blonde, and to try to get the pink off the ends.
Then, I added the 3 colors....which was a lot more work than I thought it would be. I like how it turned out, except that I wish the pink was more vibrant in some spots.
However, for doing this all by myself at home - I don't think it's the worst job.
What do you think?

I just asked on another discussion, 'Why did you need 3 different colors?' Now I understand, you can ignore my question! LOL I think you did a beautiful job, those colors turned out very pretty! You should be a beautician:)

@MommyOfEli2013 I wanted to go to cosmetology school also, but didn't have the funds. Darn it! You would have been an EXCELLENT beautician

I can definitely understand wondering why someone would need 3 different colors! But yes I was doing a 3 colored "ombre" effect. Thank you though, I did my best with it...even though I am definitely not a professional. I thought about being a hair stylist, but I could never afford to go to cosmetology school to get my license.

@kobesbuddy That's cool that you wanted to go too, great minds think alike! Well thank you, I definitely need the schooling - I tried cutting Eli's hair and didn't do the greatest job. I did dye my cousin's hair and my sister in law's.

I love that! It's really pretty. I do not have the patience for all that, but I'd love to have hair like that.

Thank you very much! Definitely did not turn out exactly as I wanted but it is still cool. It did take probably 2 hours to put all the dye in - so I understand not having the patience for it!

@MommyOfEli2013 Oh wow. My arms would fall off, I think! I used to lift things for a living, but I couldn't do that now. When I dye my hair with just one color.. well that makes my arms sore.

@ScribbledAdNauseum That's great that you used to lift things for a living....but sorry to hear you think your arms would fall off dying your hair for that long! I did take breaks when needed because my arms did get sore a lot.

Thank you so much! I am glad you like it :) The pink didn't turn out as vibrant as I wanted (looks brighter in the photo because I edited it) and I should have brought the purple down farther....but not too bad for doing it all on my own lol

@tammys85 Well thank you again, I like how it turned out, minus the pink not working so great - I think I should have got pink in the same brand as the purple and orange. I will probably share an unedited one eventually - somewhere haha.
