We went to El Dorado, hubby needed a tool and I needed some things at the store. Of course I got more than I needed.
That took up most of the morning.
Hubby did a repair task on a car mirror. That is what the tool was needed for.
Lunch was a green salad topped with the last of the grilled chicken strips.
The only other things I have done is to cook down the salsa, we had been eating it raw but were never going to finish it before it spoiled. I put it in jars and froze part of it. I did not want to heat up the kitchen with a hot water bath to can it.
Oh, I washed and dried some clothes.
Our weather is back to being hot.
I am letting the grass and ground get really dry and then will mow some tonight.
Just a lazy summer weekend. See you later.

Is it a good thing that it's getting hotter there? In my location is winter as we speak, but it is a little warm now!

No, most of us would enjoy a little cooler. We are at the end, sort of, of summer. Heading into fall. I know it will be cold shortly, usually by the beginning of November.

We are hot, and steamy. Yesterday, in the morning, we had tons of thunder, but only a little rain. Muggy is the word.

Neither do I. I am using my crock pot a little more, though. At least once a day we have sandwiches or salads.

Yes, here as well. I would have gladly kept the cooler temperatures.
