I am gonna make a mung bean soup with moringa and pork and pork rinds. I cannot remember anymore when I last had it. I miss mung beans and moringa- two of the most nutritious foods I know. Here in our county, the make mung bean soup every Friday, at least some of them. I don't know why Friday Is mung bean popular in your country?

Mung beans are very popular in our country. They are green coloured small round beans. We make vegetable curry out of it and add as additive to some green vegetable preparations. We also make sweet dish of it.
