I am gonna make a mung bean soup with moringa and pork and pork rinds.
I cannot remember anymore when I last had it. I miss mung beans and moringa- two of the most nutritious foods I know.
Here in our county, the make mung bean soup every Friday, at least some of them. I don't know why Friday
Is mung bean popular in your country?

Yes. It is very popular. Mung bean porridge with coconut milk and palm sugar are usually sold by travelling salesman. Loved it
