Crispy Pork Cuts for lunch

I sometime treat myself with this kind of food although I was already told by my doctor to avoid foods like this. Well, since it's not eaten regularly, I may not at higher risk.
This was done in two cooking procedures. First, I boiled the pork cuts until tender with spices and seasoning like onion, garlic, pepper. After that, I set aside the tendered meat and prepare the pan for frying. And the result was crispy pork cuts for my meal. I paired it with sauce which is a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, and onion slices. I did not include chili pepper in the sauce as I do not want it hot.

ideally i would love that with atchara. but i'm okay with soy sauce and vinegar.

Like you I don’t have them on a regular basis since I know they are not good for us.
