This morning I wouldn't have given you two cents for being able to do anything today. I praise God for Ibuprofen. Not my knees this time but the right leg joint and thigh hurt so bad I could barely move. I thought it would be a no-exercise and fitness day. However, I am almost at 10K steps and have 77 minutes of exercise, including a walk. I needed to go to Dollar General for AA batteries and cooking spray. I decided to finish off the pint of ice cream when I got home. It is very hot out there. I hadn't planned on walking because of the heat. However, my clock needs a battery, and I'm almost out of the cooking spray and can't wait until Monday. Okay, that was my morning.
Yesterday was a very good day for food and fitness. Here are the numbers.
