Yesterday I had an early dinner. And so started feeling hungry until I went to bed. So wanted to eat something as today was the day of my fast. I actually persuaded dearest hubby to go down in the kitchen and make instant noodles for me..He was a bit reluctant for a few seconds but then agreed
And after 10 minutes of looong wait I enjoyed my awesome midnight treat. It has been ages after which I recalled my hostel days.

@amitkokiladitya Yes but excess does not helps. For years, I was concerned about being on the underweight side.
Now, I need to increase my physical activity for keeping my weight in check!!
