Mindfulness

Mindfulness is something that can be practiced anytime, anywhere. Be it through meditation, or through any day to day chores that you perform everyday. I have started being more mindful by being aware fully , by being fully being in the present, regarding what actions I make each and every day. I am doing this mindfulness practice when I am eating food, when I am listening to music, when I am cooking food or giving water to plants. While doing all these activities that I mentioned just now, I am always mindful while chewing the food that I eat, I am mindful about the plants that I am watering, I am mindful about the food that I am cooking, and this helps me to stay in the present moment. How do you all practice mindfulness I your everyday life?

Mindfulness seems to be the new buzz word. I don't know much about it but it sounds quite useful.

You can't do anything substantial without being mindful.

It's something we do every day without realizing it.
