Would you be surprise if in the coming days, you will see people wearing PPE's when going outside?

I don't know how's everybody is protecting their selves from the virus. The so called expert and our government authorities always reminded us to stay away from people, wear mask, and frequently wash hands and avoid touching the areas of the eyes, nose, and mouth. Despite this effort, the number of cases rapidly spike to millions worldwide. Here, people are obliged to wear face shield when to ride a public transportation such as jeepneys, buses, and trains. Though, I can see people walking on the streets and inside malls still wearing this things. For me, I am not comfortable with it. Maybe, next time it won't come a surprise when government will require people to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for additional protection. Do you think this is applicable?
