Poetry: The deepness of deepness is shallow

Deep reflection shows us an unclear reflection.
The apparent deepness of a life never fills it.
The water's not deep enough, if you don't drown.
The profoundness of deepness is that it's shallow.
Life's never as deep as what's burying it deeper.
Life does not live in a life of deepness, if it dies.
Deep-seated convictions connect as to our seat.
Life is never a deep let go, when you still hang on.
The deepest bow is the empty bow not bowing at all.
The greatest depth is the depth left not explored.
The deeper strategy of not strategising is a strategy.
The love of life grows deeper only if not growing deeper.

@amitkokiladitya l like to lose myself in the deepness. It is strangely comforting.

@innertalks I do not have the gift of doing poems. So I appreciate it.

@innertalks We are on the same page about English subjects during the school days. I really hate my teachers for not teaching us the real beauty of this language. When I stepped into university, things had changed when starting to do research papers. I enjoyed doing them. My writing skill started at this stage.
As the years go by, I ventured to teach non-native speakers, such as Koreans and Japanese. I enjoyed transferring my soft skills to them. Now, I am still teaching the English language online to Chinese students. Despite having this kind of occupation, I missed doing some research and narrative reports, which I did in my previous jobs online.
Perhaps I can do poems. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is to involve strong emotions when doing it. As far as I can remember, I did a love poem in high school and it was given to my crush.
I wish I can have a copy of it.
I wish I can have a copy of it.

Thanks, Scott.
Yes, "life exists within, around and beyond".
That's why if we only see in a deep way, all of the time, we miss the more shallow, in the shallow sense of the word, but still necessary truths still there too.
Shallow and deepness, are only labels, because truth exists, within, around, and beyond, too

@DocAndersen Yes, they sound good, but whether they have any real message to them might require some time to be spent with them, but not by me, though; I only write them..lol...

Your poem is contradicting contradictions. It is the opposite of opposite. In color it is the blackness of the black or the emptiness of the empty.

Ha,ha, yes. I like to play opposites up against each other.
It must be catchy. You have done a good job of doing so there too...lol...
Sort of meaningless in its deepness...lol...a bit of fun.
What is the opposite of opposite?
I might go mad trying to work that one out...lol...

@innertalks The opposite of opposite is its opposition.

@Nakitakona I could also say, "what is the good of the good"?
"What is the real of the real?"
I like word games such as that.
