Do You Love Mushrooms?

I love mushrooms! So do my loved ones. How about you?
I was searching for a unique mushroom and cheese sandwich recipe and came up with this one found on YouTube.
Next, I have mushrooms, green bell peppers and cheese. I might use an onion, not sure yet.
Finally, I would love to have for this recipe, a good loaf of Italian bread. So, I need to search for the best type I can find at my local grocery stores. I cannot have too much. My Slim-Fast diet is going good. I do not want to ruin it.
What are your thoughts on this recipe?

@DianneN The sub rolls are good until the 5th of September. I had the leftover lasagna and a wee little piece of rotisserie chicken.

Today, I bought subs, fresh mushrooms and cheese. I already have green bell pepper and onion. I am debating... Should I finish the leftover lasagna for dinner?

@BelleStarr I like all kinds of cheese... mozzarella, provolone, hot pepper cheese, pepperoni cheese, etc. However, the cheeses are so expensive.

I like the Magic Mushrooms.

Nope don’t like them at all. Not even my husband and the kids. Not that we haven’t tried them but we jsur clearly don’t like them at all.
