I´m waiting for my gas cylinders to be changed. / myLot

It seems that those stupid men who did the first job with the heater also opened some gas into the air. The last big cylinder lasted just a little bit. I won´t mind. There´s nothing I can do about it. I will save in other ways. I will eat leftovers today too. And I will wait for the end of the month to buy my groceries online. That should make me spend less. In what ways do you save now? I am aware that we must be very cautious while the COVID is here. Things are getting more expensive and our money does not go a long way. What about you?

There is a tremendous amount of price gouging in the stores.

Fortunately, we are very lucky and don't have to worry about spending less. However, we do spend our money wisely. This pandemic has certainly helped our savings and investments grow, and we have tripled the amount we give to charities.

I invested with my heart

. The girls were buying a second house as an investment and at the beginning it seems that anything could happen to Banks and mortgages. So I "lent" them money. They are paying me interest and with that I can live well, specially since Leticia is not coming and maybe won´t come at all to work. When this is over, I will invite her for lunch out though. She is retired and comes here when she can. She has been with me for over 20 years so she is more my companion.
