Rainy Day Friday

Although we missed the heavy rain from bands of Laura yesterday, we are getting them today. We had some heavy rain this morning with a couple hours of rest and it is about to pour down again any minute.
This is such a huge storm and several states are feeling the effects of the wind and rain. If you got a nickel for every tree that Laura blew over, you would be rich!
Are you in the path of Laura or getting the outter bands?

Glad to hear you are still safe, although this post was several days ago. I hope you are still safe. I somehow knew this hurricane was going to be worse than they predicted, that seems to be the new norm when these things get into the Gulf and go through rapid intensification. My heart goes out to all the people who have been affected by this hurricane.

We got wiped out by Isiasas but not Laura.

@BelleStarr We had some limbs down from Laura but not too bad and not much rain either. We had very strong winds with Delta and a lot of heavy rain too. I hope this is the last one we have to deal with for this year! Still have the rest of the month and part of November to go! The way this year is going nothing will surprise me.
