Today was a good day. I had lunch with a friend from out of town, and then we got a pedicure (I wish I could marry a guy who gave foot massages as well as they do). It had been hot this morning when I walked the dogs, but when I came home the heat was stifling. I took the dogs out again, but I had to cut it short because I couldn't take how hot it was. I really thought I was just being wimpy until I checked the temperature. 102 degrees! No wonder I was burning up. What's it like where you are?

It may rain later tonight, but it's been hot. Our feel like temps have been in the mid 90's. Way too hot for me.

We had over a week of triple digits . . . today it's just high 90s

. . . but it does feel cooler (a tad). I've never gotten an "official" foot massage . . . I hope you find that guy

@AmbiePam I've never even gotten a pro manicure! I guess there are points under the foot that is connected to all parts of the body . . . I'm sure a foot massage is invigorating!

@much2say My sister paid for a manicure once for my birthday, but that's the only manicure I ever had. I can't afford both, and the pedicure is the one that I like the most.

I would love a good foot massage and pedicure. Glad you enjoyed your lunch out with your friend and your pedicure. Yeah the heat can suck some time it is not to bad here right now I think in the 70’s lately but been raining last couple of days.

Wow, that IS hot. I don't blame you for coming in, the dogs were probably panting for a cool drink of water after being out in that heat. It was a rainy day here today. When it wasn't raining this afternoon it was very humid, but not hot.

I'm glad you had a good day and lunch with a friend...and a pedicure!!! We had a ton of rain the past couple of days. It's going to be 80ish today. Should get a couple days of 70s next week. Have a wonderful Saturday.
