Weathering the storm but not in the same boat

This morning I was looking for an apt quote or saying to update my cellphone status, and this one came to mind.
"We're not all in the same boat, but rather in the same storm"
COVID being the storm, but our boats (countries/circumstances/life/illness) are all of a different kind if that makes sense to those that are reading.
Luckily we are not ill but it was a terrible few weeks past when my darling eldest daughter - I*, who is now 5 months expecting her first baby at age 36, contracted COVID through her husband who works in construction.
The problem is - expecting moms are not permitted to take many of the drugs on offer to cope with the COVID illness and therefore have to suffer through it with no help. I felt terribly sorry for her, but my hubby and I did the food parcel and care RUN to her gate every second day, and WE (i say we as we were very very worried she might miscarry) were able to weather the storm in our own little boats.
It feels like an age since the pandemic started, and I am well aware of may mylotters feeling the aftermath of each of their storms, but know this - ALL STORMS PASS!
On this glorious Sunday, I wish you all a beautiful day, stay safe and take care.
