Since everything is done virtually these days, Workflow is now in the realms of our Computer Monitors... This both have pros and cons as well as pivotal factor to one's health most especially our vision and eye health. Staring at the computer for longer hours may lead to eye strains. This occurs when our eyes get tired from intense use. I for one, experience this latelty whilst doing a lot of task at hand on my desktop computer since we can't do work on-site. Everything is done remotely which is a pro because you can do work at the confines of your home however, with these, you are affecting your vision when need to be at the computer to do work. Symptoms includes: eye discomfort, blurry vision, and the worst is headache. Personally what I do to relieve this is taking eye breaks... This literally shutting my computer and take a break and close my eyes for a few minutes (this also is a good way to nap for a bit lol ). Blink often is also helpful also adjusting your computer's screen setting. Photo courtesy of fizkes via shutterstock What's your remedy for eye strains?

I do have my anti-radiation glasses because my vision is still okay. However, I don't think it's that effective on relieving eye strain. So a eye break is much advisable. Thanks for your reply.

Yeah, breaks are good... How often does your eye breaks? Mine's like around 10-15 minutes that also includes napping lol. Thanks for your reply!
