I cannot breath Without Hand Sanitizer

I know they are not good if we use it a lot but in the past 4 months that am working after this lockdown period Am so much habitual to use this hand sanitizer that I use it after I touch any thing at work or I sanitize my hand and start working on computer and when am free or want to check my phone or make a call I need to sanitize my hand so this covid already entered my brain.
Are you facing any such new habit too?

Use a soap instead of a sanitizer. It's cheaper , good for the skin and also provides better cleaning. Actually hand washing is always a good habit and also taught in our school. It's only that now it has gain more importance after Covid.

That's correct but cannot imagine washing hands with soap and water every few minutes 
. It's fine when at home but at work I don't think it's possible

Now I just stay completely at home is don't use sanitizing that's much in my hand.
