How to deal with this!!!

I was planning to wake up late today, but my neighbor has turned my plans into dust. In the early morning when I say early I truly mean early morning, it was probably 5:00 am, there was a disturbing noise, a very loud noise, it was not nice at all noise which I couldn't handle. My grandpa went down to talk to this new neighbor, the man was so rude with him, but at the end he stopped it for two hours to start again... my day has been ruined since the morning How do you deal with such people?

That was very rude! Here, it's called disturbing the peace and is against the law to begin work such as that too early or end it too late.

it is against the law here too, the problem is that there are few neighbors here, we need more than seven in the neighborhood so we can complain about it...

@jassmine I cannot deal with those like that. They get very defensive and say they did not do anything wrong and then end up doing what they want. They do not care who they disturb.

@jassmine The one above me was making all kinds of noise this morning and someone knocked on my door. Someone anther time knocked on my door. I do not answer if do not know who it is and especially now with the virus out there and they do not have a mask on.

Since the neighbor is still new to the colony you should just inform him how people are living and also the rules of the neighborhood

I no longer have to deal with these kinds of people but I can remember when I once had to simply because I worked from 4pm until midnight and many people were very noisy when I was trying to sleep.
