Switching My Days Off.

One of the perks of being self-employed is being able to switch my days off, as long as I meet my deadlines. I've had plans all week to go to my best friend's house tonight with my younger sister (who is also her best friend). I think we're going to look at flowers and whatnot for my sister's wedding. She's still trying to put together an arrangement she likes, especially since she moved the wedding from April of 2021 to October of 2021, so it's a whole different season. Welp, the original plan was to work until it was time to leave, and then finish up tomorrow. However, my best friend asked if I wanted to go meet the Little Guy's teacher, and then we're going to Spirit Halloween. Yay! :) I did ask if we could stop by Five Below, as I want to pick up stuff for my nieces' small birthday gathering on Sunday, and then we're heading to her house at some point. Fun fact: I'm pretty sure the Little Guy's teacher is the same teacher my younger sister had. He's going to our old elementary school (has been since day one). :) It'll be virtual learning for now, but she's still his teacher. This is the first time since he started kindergarten (he went to preschool at his daycare) that he's had one of our old teachers. :D Anyways, I decided to just take today off and work on my orders tomorrow. I need to complete another 1,200-word order, plus I want to grab some stuff off Textbroker before payout on Sunday/Monday. Instead of stressing over getting it done tonight, it would just be easier to switch my days off. So I'm off today, working tomorrow and off on Sunday, as of now anyway. I also decided to leave my away message up since I already have work lining up on Fiverr for this upcoming week. Alrighty, I'm going to sign out so I can get ready to head out the door. You all enjoy your weekend and take care. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.

That must have been exciting meeting the little guy's teacher. Did she recognize you?

I think she did, especially when I told her my Mom and younger sister said hello.

Thank you! At least I could hang out on Friday without worrying about work, and I had something to do on Saturday haha.
