Last Thing Before You Sleep

There are many many things we do before we sleep at night but from few weeks it's been drinking a glass of water with my immunity pills so this is the last thing I do before I sleep of course after that I switch off the light and close my eyes and try to sleep which I'll do in next 5 minutes and it's around 10.40 pm so am little late then my usual time to sleep. What is the last thing that you do before you sleep at night?
