Deciding on Today's Workout

It is about time for me to go get my workout in for the day. Not sure what I will do yet. Most likely some dancing, but not sure if I want to do some Tae-Bo as well. I have not done that in a while so I think I may give it a chance. My blood sugars have been great so far today, woke up with an 86 and after breakfast it stayed there :) What kind of workout would you do if you were to do one right now? For those interested, here is the main workout that I did yesterday:
New 30min Cardio Dance workout. Do these videos at least 3x to 4x a week. You can burn a minimum of 300+ calories. Have fun with this and don't forget to try...

I would like to go for a walk but the smoke is extremely unhealthy. I've moved about stretching today. I love to dance but it's a bit hard here right now.

@MommyOfEli2013 I love to dance but been hard with my health lately. I'm exhausted with the evac so neglecting myself.

@DianneN Well that sounds like a good workout too. I may skip today because my blood sugar has been super low. Or may do a shorter one, not sure yet.

@jvicentevalera well tomorrow sounds like a good plan. Hopefully you can. Taking a day or two off is always nice. I probably will not workout today myself...my blood sugars are low and I don't want to make them even lower.
