How Do You Like To Have The Fruits In Your Diet?

I am sure we all must be including the fruits in our daily diet! Different people have the fruits in different forms. Mostly the people like to have fruits in the form of juices, milk shakes, fruit salads, custards, baked ones, dried ones etc. I prefer to have the fruits in their natural form. I just get the fruits cut into appropriate sized pieces and I have them. Bu doing so I am including the fiber of the fruits into the diet which is good for the digestive system! How about you - May I know how do you like to have your fruit in your diet?

I go for fresh seasonal fruits... Just the natural way cut and sliced in pieces. Mostly I have them as mid morning around 11 snacks or afternoon snacks around 4:30. I have at least one serving of fruits everyday.

That is the best way of having the fruits as it includes the natural fiber which is healthy for the digestive track! One must have at least one serving per day!

@arunima25 , That is true, any fruit juice is having good amount of the sugar which is cntra indicated in diabetes!

@AKRao24 And fruit juice are never suggested for diabetics. I sometimes do have fresh sweet lime juice which is home made.

I have banana everyday. In seasons I have guava. Mangoes are available only in June and July.

That is nice to know ! But in which form you have them? Like do you have the banana like that only or you make Banana shake out of it?

I like most fruits in their natural states. It is healthier to eat unprocessed foods. Fruit is a delightful way to get unprocessed food.

@akalinus , That is very true that no chemicals or harmful substances are added to the fresh fruits! But then in case of grapes sometimes they may sprinkle insecticide!

Depending on how I want to consume the fruit. For instance I love melon as juice, but don't like to eat it. Pears I like eating it as its fruit form rather than juice. And so on...

I think that is the best way of eating the fruits as the nature has provided us with the finished product! All we need is unpack it and have it!

I eat fruit as usual, without using juice or others, and I eat my fruit before eating carbohydrates, although my diet still eats little carbohydrates
