Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a good weather today. Sunny and cool air. I hope it will stay that way in the afternoon 
So, I can have a good walk around our place and enjoy the surroundings 
Today. I just like to make mixed vegetables with beef for dinner and enjoy it with some rice. Making it is very simple just fry the vegetable and then put the thin sliced beef. If you have some oyster sauce you can put some on it too 
The taste will be great.
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like some beef chop seuy?

I love chop suey and I had chicken chop suey though not the beef one. Anyway, enjoy your meal.
And I think I will have some chapattis and chili chicken for dinner, don't know whether mom will prepare some or not.

@m_audrey6788 No, because I thought it had noodles in it. Maybe that's the American version? I would definitely eat it the way you make it.
