Are you outgoing or are you shy?

Okay I am shy at first and pretty outgoing when I get to know the person so i would definitely say that I am both which am pretty happy about. Being shy is not always a bad thing. I'm more of a home girl and i like that about myself also, I'm always home and i hardly step out because there's not any friends that I can go out with. So the question am going to ask is are you outgoing or are you shy? I hope I don't make you uncomfortable answering this question.
