I’m Stretched to the Max

I like quiet, easy going days and routine. That hasn’t happened for several days.
We had our lawn aerated and reseeded. We have moss, so they will return to apply lime.
Our internet went down for several hours twice, and once in the middle of paying a bill online.
I had ferocious shooting pains behind my right ear and thought I’d have to go to the hospital. Tylenol stopped them, but I am still concerned.
Our son wants us to go to his girlfriend’s house today to meet her cats. I’m afraid to touch them.
I missed visiting the kitties in my rock garden yesterday,. I did go to visit them, but the lawn company was working in that spot. I remembered while watching a movie, so opened a window and stuck my head outside to “talk” to them.
Every single time I get on myLot, I get a phone call or texts. It never fails.
Oh, no! The phone is ringing right now! Good, it’s for my husband.
I need a vacation, but myLot will do.

You have had a hectic few days. Are you ready for your martini?
My computer gave me an error message, not the Internet, right in the middle of my Bible Study yesterday morning. It shut down and when it rebooted, I needed to find the lesson and basically start from scratch. I hate it when that happens. I know you must have been totally frustrated.
I'm glad you talked to your kitties yesterday.

I'm always ready for a martini, but it will have to wait until the boss makes me one on Friday.
I'm sorry about your internet, too. That's so aggravating and frustrating.
I'm glad I talked to the kitties, too. I was upset when I realized I didn't visit them.

What a hectic day! Well, you will be relaxed again.
I think you have to see a doctor for your pain behind your right ear. It might come back.
I think, you just leave your smartphone in the living room and take a nap in the bedroom for you to relax.

Oh my gosh, what was that pain behind your ear - I hope you're ok now! My kids are allergic to cats - so they are always hesitant to touch cats - but I think I know what you mean. I'm mylotting while the kids are in "class"

I am so glad myLot is here . . . so grateful for you all throughout this pandemic!!

I think it was stress, but not too sure. At least the pain ended quickly. I will mention it to my doctor when I see him.
MyLot is my ME place. I love it here.
Thanks! My grandson is turning into a sought out goalie from many teams thanks to that split.

I really hate it when the internet goes down...talk about annoying! I think touching the cats will be OK. I don't think they can transmit the virus. Hope your ear pain is nothing serious.

I'm not so sure. She's been hanging out in NYC and Queens visiting friends and going our to eat on Saturday and again on Monday. You know what a germaphobe I am. We are still going though. I'll bring hand sanitizer. Thanks. It seems fine today.

I am glad to hear that the pain behind your right ear subsided, however I would insist to go to hospital for a check-up if it happens again Dianne! Hope you have a lovely time at you son's girlfriend's place, if you go.

Going to the hospital is not safe because of the virus. Go to you Doctor if your ear hurts anymore. That is what I would do anyway. We just got home from being at the animal shelter all day. Oregon wild life safari got some big cats from the zoo along the coast. They have never had a tiger before. They are going to see if they can keep the tiger.
She paid me and my husband for today. Two people that worked there were sick. Most of the animals were gone they got to go home. Some are still there the owners loss their homes and everything they had. Which is really sad.

You won't catch me in a hospital now. I'm fine now, but will mention it to my doctor next time it happens. I think it was due to street.
What a mess that fire has caused. I'm glad you got paid and the animals are safe, but I feel awful for the owners.

I hate that when I want to do some work and I keep getting interrupted. Luckily lately everyone is leaving me alone and I can catch up on all I missed when I was offline. Not bad a grandson who might play professional hockey and a granddaughter who might win Olympic medals. You have it all including a loving husband and of course, your grown-up children,

You are right about those constant interruptions. As soon as I sat down today, my younger son called to chat before he began his work day. I don't mind him at all. . I'm glad you are being left alone now, too. It's much more pleasurable that way.

I hope things are better today. Maybe when this is all over you can visit her cats. Can you explain to her how you are feeling about touching them and wait and see how things go? Good thing the phone was for your husband this time. Sorry you could not visit with the cats at their graves and talk to them.

It's been crazy here. Hubs has been outside watering the grass of almost 4 hours now!!! I have to order groceries online in a while. Friday date night is the first night of Rosh Hashanah, our Jewish holiday and the new year. Perhaps I can rest Monday. lol. I feel like you!
