Carrot cake and coffee / myLot

I never thought that carrot cake tastes better than banana cake. My friend bakes and I have bought cakes and cookies from her. They all taste good but carrot cake is the best Of course, the perfect partner is...... COFFEE! Who bakes carrot cakes here? Do they have to be orange? Good morning to all!

I tried mixing carrot but not pure,if you put more carrot then yeah it will become orange. You must try also carrot juice,

When I was younger, I was drinking too much carrot juice, so much so, that people started to ask me if I just came back from a tropical country,

@marlina I love the home made because I do not add so much sugar as they do in the commercial products. The taste is so much better.

We used to have carrot cake on our shelves sometime back but it does not last long. Fungus starts developing on it before expiry time so company decided to discontinue it. You are right it tastes yummy.
