We had an yummy brunch of poori ( fried Indian bread) and aloo curry ( spicy baby potatoes). Here I share the picture of our yummy bruch.
And we relished it. I ate to my full capacity
and I guess we will stay full till our dinnere. Planning to have an early light dinner. And if we feel hungry in between we have enough fruits in fruit basket also some home made yummy snacks.
Now here I am sitting and sipping my herbal tea made by my husband. Well this is made without any tea used here. Don't know why we still call it a tea
. We use Basil leaves, mint leaves, black pepper seeds, cumin seeds, cloves and grated fresh ginger. They all are crushed and boiled with water. After some time we filter it and drink. One can add jaggery or honey for sweetness. My daughters have added honey while I and husband are having it without any sweetner.
I will work on my lesson plan for October in some time and plan to finish two dresses of my daughter that need little needle work.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

You must be finding Indian food and beverages so different. Hope you like them.
Basil has health benefits and definitely boosts immunity. So good to use them.

I love scrambled eggs. We mostly have them for breakfast along with toast and butter.

@arunima25 Italians never have eggs for breakfast, we have them at lunch, never for dinner.

@LadyDuck Oh! That's interesting to know. I was not aware of that. Any particular reason behind that??

@arunima25 Thanks! I had a very long walk today. My omelette included green pepper, jalapeƱo peppers, potatoes, broccoli, and lots of cheese.

I hope you had a good refreshing walk and omelette is a perfect breakfast to start your day... A protein rich one and so delicious and filling. I love to add lots of veggies to my omelette and sometimes a little cheese too.

Not exactly. Yes it's crispy and the potato is bit spicy. We marinate it with curd and spices for sometimes before sauting them
