Chilean Holidays

Santiago, Chile
September 19, 2020 4:00pm CST
It's been two long days away from mylot for good reasons. I was celebrating the holidays in Chile. For them September 18th and 19th represent the days when it was established the first National Government Joint which started the independence of Chile from still being colonized by Spain. I basically celebrated Sept 18th, which is when people eat certain dishes they make to celebrate. I think after eating so much I have gained a few pounds, I'll see what I can do to burn calories haha. Now I am thinking of watching either a movie or a series. I am already done with mylot notifications, I'll read and comment a couple of posts before I am gone. I would love to hear what have you guys been up to? Photo credit: Google Image.

Glad to see you back. We have been celebrating our Jewish new year for the last two days, too. So happy you enjoyed your holidays.

@jvicentevalera Yes, it's Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. It's been a very different kind of celebration due to the darn virus.

You were missed. I am glad you enjoyed the holidays. A few birds here as usual. A cool down in the weather, another good thing.
