Keto/Low Carb Meal Plan for the Week

As you probably know, I was not on track over the weekend. I have a habit to take the weekends off, even though I really should not do that. Eventually I hope to be able to take 1 day off and get back on track....or eventually like the low carb foods enough to not feel I need a "cheat day".
Anyways.....I thought I should share a meal plan; or list of foods that I want to put on the menu this upcoming week. No, I don't have anything meal prepped.
- Eggs and sausage (and/or bacon). I could also turn this into a breakfast taco if I add a low carb tortilla).
- BBQ Tuna - Basically a can of tuna with barbecue sauce (that's sugar free).
- Philly cheese steak taco
-Bratwurst & eggs (or a foot long hot dog and eggs)
- Meat & cheese roll ups
- Meatball casserole dish (would have meatballs, pizza sauce (pasta sauce if you prefer), and cheese).
- I should be getting some chocolate protein puffs, and then I can make a "candy" bar with sugar free chocolate and those. It would be similar to a crunch bar/krackel bar.
- Keto chow shakes/ice cream.
That's all I can think of for now. Have any ideas that are low carb and has no veggies?

Grilled cheese on low carb bread. How about a quiche? So yummy; and you can make it crustless...or a frittata.

I had grilled ham and cheese on low carb bread this morning lol. Not sure about a quiche or things like that, reminds me of an omelet and I can't stand those lol! I do like eggs fried or hard boiled....but that's about it

I wish I did like them, but it's just not for me. So I will supplement with the shakes to get what I miss from those.

Pizza sounds good, I have carbquick which says it can be used for pizza crust. It's great on a low carb wrap though! That's great you do that with the low carb pasta....I just haven't found one I like lol!

That all looks good but you need to start exploring more veggies. Maybe start simple like green beans flavored with bacon in them. Or try making spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce.

Actually, I don't need veggies...just the nutrients they have....so if I have plenty of my keto chow shakes I'll be good. I don't see me ever eating veggies....

@MommyOfEli2013 the thing about lowcarb is that we tend to eliminate the carbs and sugar. Whenever we cheat, our blood sugar arises so much which is bad for our health.
