Back from the gym

            On this gorgeous Monday afternoon with pleasant fall weather, it's so nice to have normal temperatures and plenty of sunshine to walk to the gym and back home. After two Mondays off, we had a pretty decent-sized class. No Michelle this time around.
Here's what we've done in class this afternoon on the mat in no particular order:
1 100 Cycles and 1 Swimming Cycle
2  Pretzel Crunches and 8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches
 6 Double Leg Circles and 3 Saw Poses
6 Single Straight Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 4 Reverse Leg Pulls (2x/side)
and 3 Push-Up Planks
4 Side Planks (2x/side) and 2 Planks (1 Bent Elbow, 1 Straight Arm)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Sidekick Series with 6 ClamShells (3x/side) and 2 Mermaids Stretches  (1x/side)
I think that's about it for tonight until next week.

                    Keep it up! There's nothing better than working out. I am doing my exercises indoor.

                    That's good there's a gym you can walk to. Sounds like you got your money's worth out of the workout, too.
