When do you give tips?

I give tips when someone cuts my hair, and when I go to the gas station who filled my car with the gas, and also I'm giving tips when someone helped me to my groceries to put it in my car. However, how about you? What are the things that you consider before you give tips?

Yes....those who render a helping hand to us usually deserve some good tips

@Timex123 yes. Because atleast they cared. Most of the people actually don't want to render a helping hand

I tip when I visit other countries, but in my own country most people don't tip. When we visit a restaurant tips are included in the bill. It is possible to give extra money if we want to, but most people don't do that since it is already included.

I remember someone asked if they can remove the service fee. However, they said that they can't do that.
