I usually make food the old way in the gas stove or in the electric oven.
But my 97 year old aunt taught me to make delicious fish in the microwave oven in 4 minutes. I was awed!
After that, I would never think of her as an old lady, although I´m ashamed to say that she did not buy a new TV before the COVID although she has the money.
Now I´ll get a piece of salmon and will place it in a covered dish for 4 minutes. I put it over onions and leeks and only add salt and a bit of butter. I have some white rice to go on the side. That, too, will be heated in the microwave oven. Easy!
What are you eating today?

I had leftovers from Red Lobster: scallops, clam strips, Cajun chicken alfredo and coleslaw.

That sounds delicious!
Had some corn and crab soup and grilled fish for lunch.
