I could marinade my cucumbers, tomatoes, and zucchinis. Really happy that I could do it. Surprised by having zucchini in the midst of my spaghetti squashes.
I had not ordered zucchini, but hey I had it and used the seeds...But first time doing pickling some of my crops. Good result.

Do you enjoy gardening and planting fruits and veggies? I've never done that before.

@beenice2 Gardening is not easy. I remember my mom tried to go grow cucumbers once and nothing happened. Though she was successful with strawberries and wild strawberries but I don't think she started with seeds. From what I remember someone she knows who grew that gave her some of the leaves. They were really good. Better than what's in stores.

@lovebuglena your mother had the touch for growing fruits. this year I was not expecting cucumbers. I even planted them a month late, but then I thought, grow if you want.....at least a dozen I got out of it.

I can't say I have a green thumb. I tend to forget things and my plants never last long. I'm glad to see yours is thriving.

Enjoy your harvest. I still have tomatoes ripening in the garden. I will keep using the beets and carrots from the garden until it gets colder. Then I will pull them out.
I froze lots of beans and peas. The onions and potatoes are in the cold room.
We got about 4 cobs of corn to eat. It is a treat to have the fresh produce.
