Believe it or not, I am writing this post so I can remember that I am supposed to make a pork stir fry tomorrow night.
I asked the wifey what she wanted and that is what she said.
Normally I just make a note and put it on the fridge. But tonight I said, "I will just write a post I know I will see tomorrow and remember that is what we talked about making."
I will cook up the pork, and cut up some onion, green peppers, and some other stuff. I will make my normal mixture of about 1/3 cup soy sauce and some sugar.
It will be delicious as pretty much my stir fry's go. And I get a post out of it. Isn't THAT icing on the cake?

@moffittjc I couldn't resist an opportunity to be as long winded as I usually tend to be around here. That would just be too outside my MO. lol

I like to use the soy sauce/sugar mixture. In Japanese cooking that combination is supposed to add mirin (cooking saké) but I never have that. Using brown sugar kind of imitates that taste.
