Nephew Underwear Hater

My 3year old nephew hates wearing underwear and short and diapers and we dont know why. Whenever we try to put some shorts on him he ran away,sometimes he bites sometimes he punches us. And if we had the chance to put the shorts on after a while he will remove it. He is fond of dinosaurs and very naughty. A fighter also,he just punches his cousins for no reason. Hope he'll grown up so soon haha
