This morning I helped my mom on her zoom meeting since it's covid and gatherings are not allowed. It worked but there's no sound on her phone so I downloaded the app on my laptop and the meeting went well.
But while that I took her laptop and downloaded the zoom. She was surprised because she thought it was broken and didn't open it for days. I think I will oblidge myself to open her laptop everyday and ask her to wait for it.
As for mine, I'm looking for a computer shop that would clean my laptop from the inside.

Hope you get both your laptops cleaned. You probably need to reboot and defrag both as well to free up some memory.

When you join zoom meetings the mic is usually turned off by default.
